Our Website Terms tell you the terms on which you may make use of our website CharityCar.co.uk (“our site”), whether as a guest or a registered user.
You can use our site to submit details about your car and its location to us, which we will use to confirm if your car is eligible for the Charity Car Scheme, in which case we will provide an offer (“Offer”).
The Charity Car Scheme is a car donation scheme managed by us. We will pass on the proceeds received from the disposal of your car (“Donation”) to the charity you have chosen to be the recipient of your Donation.

If your car is eligible and you choose to accept an Offer, you will enter into a separate set of terms (“Service Agreement”) with the Service Provider, whose details we will provide to you. Our site and the Service is not intended for children and we do not knowingly collect data relating to children.
