Our Customer Service team is available Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm and Saturday, 9am to 4pm (outside of public holidays).
Standard rate applies (as per 01 or 02 numbers and is usually included in any free minutes).
During our opening hours we’ll usually respond within two hours.
