How to Become an Official Charity Car Partner

Are you a charity? Do you want to offer your supporters a unique way to donate?

Join Charity Car! We'd love to have you on-board!

Charity Car has been around for nearly ten years, during that time we've passed on over £900,000 in donations to our wonderful charity partners.

Simply follow the steps below and your supporters will be able to donate to you via Charity Car soon.

Step 1 

Talk to your colleagues, manager or trustees and see if they are interested in accepting car donations and featuring on our website. You can take a look at our categories and see where you think your charity would fit.

Step 2 

Contact our lovely Customer Services Team either by email, or by phone, and have your UK Charity number ready to give them. (You need to be a UK registered charity to join the scheme.)

Step 3 

One of our Charity Car Team members will be in touch to talk you through the scheme and answer any questions you may have.

Step 4 

When you are ready to join, we'll send you an agreement to sign and a short list of info we need to set your charity up on our system.

Step 5 

We'll write a draft of your charity's donation page for you to review. We'll also give you a link to lots of useful marketing tools to help you generate car donations from your supporters.

Once everything's sorted, your page will go live on the Charity Car website. We'll shout about your cause on social media and you can tell your supporters about donating their old car to your cause through Charity Car!
