The Charity Car team is incredibly excited to announce we now have over 100 Official Charity Car Partners! Ok, so not quite 100 years of donations… But centenary sounded so grand, and you have to admit it’s still a great milestone to celebrate!
It means we now have over 100 amazing causes with their own car donation page; giving their supporters (that’s you!) the opportunity to donate an old car, hassle-free, direct to their chosen cause.
Over the past few years, your donations via Charity Car have helped to do huge amounts of good across the globe, from helping to fund specialist care in UK hospices, delivering vital aid in war-torn countries, saving abandoned or abused animals, to funding research into rare diseases and protecting the environment.
We’ve had an influx of charities joining our scheme recently, so there isn’t one specific party we’ll give the 100th title to, but we’ve been very excited to welcome a wonderful range of causes. That’s included the national homelessness charity Emmaus and several of their regional organisations, Crohn’s & Colitis UK working to improve life for people with these conditions and funding research into a cure, and Kids Club Kampala – working to bring hope and love to vulnerable children and transform poor communities in Uganda.
We are thrilled to welcome all these organisations to our Charity Car family and hope they’ll receive lots of car donations from generous people like you!
Don’t be shy, please tell anyone you know about the scheme and the potential their old car has to help a person, animal or environment in need. With over 100 charities to choose from, there is sure to be a cause close to everyone’s heart. We also think that more funds for charity is the best way to celebrate this milestone!
