We will then get in touch to confirm if your car is eligible to donate under the Charity Car Scheme and finalise your offer (“Offer”).
The Charity Car Scheme is a car donation scheme managed by us. We will pass on the proceeds received from the disposal of your car (“Donation”) to the charity you have chosen to be the recipient of your Donation.
Our Privacy Policy sets out how we collect and use your personal information, including its transfer to third parties.
If your car is eligible and we accept it under the Charity Car Scheme, you will enter into a separate set of terms (“Service Agreement”) with the service provider (“Service Provider”), whose details we will provide to you in the Offer. We act as the agent of the Service Providers who handle the resale and recycling of cars (“Service”).
