When can you collect my car?

Once you've submitted your car for donation to charity, we'll get in touch to discuss a collection date and time that suits you. Most collections are arranged within two working days.

Collections usually take place from Monday to Saturday between 7am and 7pm. But please let us know if you're in a hurry, or you need us to collect your car earlier or later than this, or on a Sunday, and we'll do our best to help.

And, if you tell us your mobile number, we'll send you a text message to remind you nearer the time.

We'll only use your email and phone number to contact you about your car. We protect your personal information as set out in our privacy policy.
