How do I arrange a collection date?

After you've arranged to donate your car, we'll get in touch with you by email or phone to arrange a convenient time for us to collect your car.

If we haven't been able to get in touch before the end of the working day, we'll try again first thing the next working day.

If we're unable to contact you by phone and we have your mobile number or email address we may try to send you a text or email. Please check your junk or spam filters to allow emails from info@CharityCar.co.uk.
