How do I arrange a collection date?

After you've arranged to donate your car, we'll get in touch with you by email or phone to arrange a convenient time for us to collect your car.

We'll try to contact you as soon as possible, but please allow up to four working hours from the time you arranged to donate your car. If you aren't available during this time, you'll have the chance to let us know your preferred time, when you donate your car. If we haven't been able to get in touch before the end of the working day, we'll try again first thing the next working day.

If you have a preferred collection date, just let us know when you submit your car for donation and we'll do our best to meet it.
