What happens when I choose to drop my car off?

What you'll need to do:

  1. You’ll need to take your ID with you to the branch.
  2. If you have your registration certificate please take this with you.
  3. If you have any keys and service history for your car please bring them along. This is important for us to get maximum value if your car is to be sold at auction.
  4. Don’t forget to remove any of your personal belongings and rubbish.
  5. After you've parked up at the branch, please head to reception and let them know your reference number.

What we'll do for you: 

  1. We’ll take a copy of your ID.
  2. We’ll take care of the DVLA paperwork. (If you have any remaining road tax DVLA will refund you automatically).
  3. Finally, we'll arrange for your donation to be sent to your chosen charity and write to you to confirm this has been done.
