What happens if my preferred charity is unable to accept my donation?

If the charity you have chosen to donate to is not an Official Partner, we will try to ensure they receive your donation. However, if this is not possible (for example if we are unable to contact them, or they refuse the donation), we will contact you so that you have the option of selecting a different charity. If this is not possible we will pass on your donation to the current Charity Car Partner of the Month.
