Do I need to provide the registration certificate for the car I donate?

No, your registration certificate (also known as the V5C or log book) is not essential and this will not affect your donation. However, it helps if you can try to find it as it can make things easier.

We may ask you whether you have the registration certificate. If you don't have your registration certificate we may ask you to provide personal identification.
