Coronavirus (COVID-19) Guidance

We are closely monitoring the latest guidance from the Government in relation to Coronavirus (COVID-19). The Charity Car Team are all working from home and are still available by phone and email.

Staff involved in the collection of vehicles have been made aware of the latest social distancing and hygiene guidelines. We'll give you as much notice as possible if the local branch needs to delay collection.

If you have any symptoms and/or are self-isolating, do please let us know prior to the collection date. We recognise the importance of remaining flexible during this time, so should your circumstances change, and you can no longer safely go ahead with an agreed collection date, please give us as much notice as possible (at least 24 hours is ideal).
