Very efficient and reliable. Driver came when he saud he would arrive with payment ready. Feel great my car is being used for recycling and I am doing my bit for sustainability.
Changeable on price, needs to coordinate the collection a lot better, and ensure vehicle ownership form is processed faster, I was approached by Revenue regarding due motor tax a month after the new details should have been sent. payment was prompt.
Service was in the main, good. Slightly let down by packaging.. mat was heavily creased which will take a while to work out..
First class, no hassle or fuss. Made the arrangements, they picked up the car and got the paperwork two days later. I would certainly recommend them .
I dealt with the ballysimon branch in limerick very helpful as I live in kilkenny and they told me the date and time and their driver was very punctual so I can't fault them
Amazing! The entire process was so easy, from getting an initial quote to having my car picked up, it was so fast and easy! They were also very accommodating and organised an early morning pick up before I had to leave for work. I also received the paperwork to confirm the car had been destroyed within the same week.

It was very easy to organise online, and collection of my car happened the next day. The only glitch was having to wait for the payment to come through, which was due to a small admin error, hence only 4 stars. However, customer service was excellent, and it got sorted.
Easy to use website. When contact made by telephone , lady was very courteous and efficient. Pick up arranged within a few days. Pick driver, very friendly and efficient. Money into bank within two days of pick up. All in all, excellent service!
