There is so much to say about Charity Car Partner of the Month,! This exciting young charity does incredible work all over the world, keeping children healthy and in school to break cycles of poverty.

Donating the value of an old car can go a long way to helping this vital work, but you might be able to go that extra mile for this month as they need something a little bit different…

The creative people at came up with the fantastic idea of running a concierge service at festivals to raise money. Last year they took 100 hard-working volunteers to Latitude festival who helped to put up tents, serve food and drinks, push hired carts and even bring breakfast to people's tents! This novel way to raise money generated vital funds for the charity and was so successful they are keen to make the most of this year's festival season. With plans to attend four events this year - Download, Latitude, V Festival and Electric Picnic - with more volunteers than ever before, the charity desperately needs an old Transit van or similar vehicle to make their work effective.

Holly Casey at had this to say: "Having our own vehicle would enable us to attend as many festivals as we possibly can, with the means to transport and store all the uniforms, stand decorations and resources that are needed to run the service. Importantly, the vehicle will also provide a secure place for staff to count and process donations. By decorating the van we can also use it for promotional purposes, such as recruiting Concierges at University fairs. It would be amazing if one of Charity Car's fantastic followers could help us with an old vehicle we can re-vamp and give a new life to."

The Charity Car team certainly hope this service is available at the next festivals we attend... putting up a tent and trooping around a festival site just to queue up for a drink are definitely not high points of a weekend. These guys put the fun back into every element of the festival experience while raising money for an incredibly worthwhile cause. And don't they look smart! need a donated van to help with their fundraising festival concierge service

If you were one of the lucky people that used's concierge service last year you may be wondering where your money went... is currently working with children in Kenya, Uganda, Sierra Leone and Ghana. The charity assesses each community individually so they can fund what will change the situation of those particular children, whether it is clean water and sanitation, night shelters, school gardens to grow food or agricultural training for women and mothers. And that tailored response turns lives around.

your donated car could help turn children's lives around

From a Mini to a Mustang, or a Toyota to a Transit, donating your old car to will help this super charity carry out their amazing work. And if you do have a larger vehicle to donate they could use for their festival fundraising, or know anyone that can help, please do get in touch. This could help them raise even more money and change lives around the world!
