Working with health care services and people who have IBD, Crohn's & Colitis UK are fighting to improve the diagnosis, treatment and management of IBD, as well as supporting research to increase knowledge, find the best treatments, and the ultimate mission of finding a cure.

Kid's Club Kampala work in Uganda, working to bring hope and love to vulnerable children and transform their communities. They use sustainable development projects to provide access to education, keep children safe, meet their needs, and support the wider community.

Working in the urban slums around Kampala in Uganda, Kids Club Kampala currently reach up to 3000 children and their families.

Polbeth Community HUB

Polbeth Community HUB logo

Polbeth Community HUB is in West Lothian, Scotland. Known as the HUB, it sits in the heart of the area, providing space to run community groups and projects, a community fridge, free counselling, accessible exercise classes, and lots more services. The aim of the HUB is to provide a sense of community, empower social change, reduce social isolation, and nurture mental and physical well-being for people in the area.

​Whoopsadaisy Brighton

Whoopsadaisy is based in Preston Park, Brighton, and supports babies and children with cerebral palsy and other motor conditions across Sussex. They provide Conductive Education for the children for free. This combines learning, play and interaction with rhythm and repetition, helping the children achieve key milestones, adapted to each child's capabilities and needs. As well as helping children with cerebral palsy and other motor disorders develop their physical skills, communication skills, independence and self-confidence, Whoopsadaisy support families, carers, and teachers to understand the needs of each child to enable continued learning at home and at school.
