Opening Hours	The usual opening hours for our customer contact centre are: Monday - 8am to 7pm Tuesday - 8am to 7pm Wednesday - 8am to 6pm Thursday - 8am to 6pm Friday - 8am to 6pm Saturday - 9am to 4pm The opening hours for each recycling centre may differ, please check when submitting your car online. The customer contact centre may be closed on bank holidays. Some of the recycling centres may also be closed. We will be open 9am - 1pm on Monday 27th May
Live Support	You can chat to us online if you have any queries, whenever Live Support is shown as 'online'.
Post	You can write to us about Charity Car or to ask any other question by addressing your letter to FREEPOST CARTAKEBACK.COM. You won't even need a stamp!
Phone	You can call our customer information line on 0844 669 6889 to donate your car and to discuss any other questions you have. Calls from a BT landline cost 1 pence per minute evenings and weekends and 3.9 pence per minute daytime. Mobile costs vary.
